Directions for deleting cookies and cache from your browser

Most probably you are using Internet Explorer version 6 or 7. This tutorial is for version 6.

1)First thing you need to do in order to delete your cookies and files is go to your top left corner of your browser and click on “Tools” menu.

2)Then click on “Internet Options” and a new window will open up with several tabs. By default you will be in the “General” tab.

3)Then you need to come down and click on “Delete cookies” button, wait until the hour glass is gone.

4)Then, you need to click on the “Delete Files” button, a small window will appear, check the box which says “Do you want to delete all offline content also”, and then click OK.

5)An hour glass will appear, WAIT until it disappears. Some time it will take 2 to 3 minutes to clear up all the files, so please be patient.

6) Once that is done, come down to the right hand corner of the screen and click on “Clear History”, once it clears out the history, click OK.

Then go the ‘File’ menu of the browser and click on “close” to close the browser. Open your browser again and try to login, and you should be on your way to use the arbiter.net. Thank you.
