Some Internet Explorer users when trying to generate reports will have a blank white page flash at them briefly and then will be right back to where they started. The reason for this behavior is a setting within IE7 being disabled by default that we need enabled. At the top of Internet Explorer, find the Tools menu.  Depending on your setting this may be in the top right or left corner (or both). 2.  Click on tools and then find Internet Options. 3. Within the Internet Options dialogue you will see tabs along the top.  Click on the Security tab. 4. Towards the bottom of the security tab click Custom Level. 5. Here you will be presented with many options.  You will want to scroll approximately 1/3 of the way down until you find Automatic Prompting for File Downloads. 6. Click Enable. 7. You are done. Now just click OK, Yes, and OK.
